Providence Home Building & Design is based in Maple Grove, MN.  We currently build in Duluth, Hermantown, Esko, Wrenshall, St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joe, Waite Park, Mankato, Rochester, Maple Grove, Elk River, Big Lake, Montrose, Otsego, Rogers, Woodbury, Apple Valley, Farmington, Cottage Grove and Plymouth.  We have been able to weather a downturn in the market by offering great quality at better prices.  We offer "production" home pricing at "custom" home quality.  Many of our standard features are options or upgrades with our competition.
